“一卡通”系统已逐渐在基层医院广泛使用,预付费后结算的就诊方式极大地优化了患者地就诊流程。但在运营过程中也产生了“一卡通”卡重复发放及卡内资金余额不断增长的问题。本文详细分析了某县级医院“就诊一卡通”系统三年来的运行情况,针对常见问题,提出对应策略,并在实践中实施检验和不断改进优化。
“Card ” system has gradually been widely used in primary hospitals, post-paid billing services greatly optimize the treatment of patients visiting the process. However, in the course of operation, problems arise such as the repeated issuance of “one-card” card and the continual increase of fund balance in the card. This paper analyzes in detail the operation of a county-level hospital “card for treatment ” system for three years, puts forward corresponding strategies for common problems, and implements inspection and continuous improvement and optimization in practice.
