[目的]加强食品安全检测,为开展食品安全执法监管提供依据。[方法]对2008年镇海区抽检的各类食品及相关用品的检测结果进行汇总分析。[结果]酒类、豆制品、酱菜类和烘炒类合格率均达100%,食用油合格率89.3%(167/187);合格率较低的有饮用泉水(84.4%)、熟肉制品(59.0%)、糕点(72.3%)和消毒餐具(64.7%)。[结论]食品安全监管部门要建立健全食品安全检测的社会公告窗口,抽检要强调针对性和代表性,利用食品检测结果,科学开展食品安全监管。
[Objective] To strengthen the food safety test and provide the basis for the supervision of food safety law enforcement. [Method] The test results of all kinds of foodstuffs and related products sampled in Zhenhai District in 2008 were collected and analyzed. [Result] The pass rate of wine, soy products, pickles and roasted seeds were both 100%, and the pass rate of edible oil was 89.3% (167/187). There were drinking spring water (84.4% (59.0%), cakes (72.3%) and tableware (64.7%). [Conclusion] The food safety supervision department should establish and improve the social notification window of food safety inspection. The sampling inspection should emphasize the pertinence and representativeness, make use of the food test results and carry out the food safety supervision scientifically.
