本文33例成人 T 细胞白血病(ATL)患者,男16,女17.年龄31—75岁(平均54岁)。均出生、居住在日本西南部的宫崎县。全身乏力、发热及呼吸道症状占1/3,3/4轻度淋巴结肿大(直径<2cm),多数有肝脾肿大,皮损呈多样性,包括红皮病、斑丘疹及结节性损害。皮肤霉菌感染常见。贫血、黄疸及浮肿仅见少数患者。实验室检查,除少数患者轻度贫血及血小板减少外,多数正常。除2例白细胞正常、异淋<5%外,白细胞升高(6400—274 300),平均为49 500,异常淋巴细胞(异淋)占5—99%。25例骨髓检查,异淋占0.4—05.5%,干抽4%。LDH 升高者占84%,低蛋白血症占63%、高钙血症占24%、高胆红质血症占22%,免疫球蛋白检查多在正常范围, In this paper, 33 patients with adult T-cell leukemia (ATL), male 16, female 17.
