采用室内生物测定的方法,设置蒸馏水(CK)、穿心莲不同营养体(茎叶和根)水浸液各0.01、0.05、0.10g/mL处理,测定计算萌发率、萌发指数、根长、苗高、化感效应指数等各项指标,研究了穿心莲根、茎叶的水浸液对穿心莲种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感自毒效应。结果表明:各浓度的穿心莲茎叶水浸液均对穿心莲种子萌发率、根长和茎的生长有明显的抑制作用,均达到差异显著水平;随穿心莲茎叶水浸液浓度的增大,其对穿心莲种子萌发率、根和茎的伸长抑制作用增强;各浓度的穿心莲根部水浸液对穿心莲种子萌发率和根生长有抑制作用,随处理浓度增加抑制作用增强,但对茎的生长呈促进作用。
