本篇文章针对新时期中的医院人事管理工作展开了较为深入的研究,同时结合优化医院人事管理工作的重要性与笔者的自身经验总结出了几点可行性较高的应对措施,其中包括解放思想,树立起人事管理工作的创新意识、进一步实施科学化的绩效考核制度以及经常性的组织各类业余活动等等,以期能够对我国医院人事管理工作水平的进一步提升献上笔者的一点绵薄之力。
