本文从人力资产价值对企业发展的影响研究,发现人力资产价值是有效发挥企业核心竞争力的动力和保障,那么怎么能让人力资产价值达到长期最优呢?股权激励是基于企业发展的长期激励制度,能够激发企业员工的积极性。但是通过对现有的股权激励的问题研究,发现现有的股权激励却没有实现股权激励的初衷。因此,本文依据人力资产价值设计了股权激励制度,从正面和反面说明股权激励必须依据人力资产价值赋予,才能达到股权激励的目的,使人力资产价值得到最大程度的发挥,从而增加公司的价值。
This paper studies the impact of the value of human assets on the development of enterprises and finds that the value of human assets is the driving force and guarantee for effectively exerting the core competitiveness of the enterprise. How can the value of human assets reach the long-term optimal value? The equity incentive is a long-term incentive based on the development of the enterprise System, can inspire the enthusiasm of employees. However, through the study of the existing equity incentive, we found that the existing equity incentive did not realize the original intention of equity incentive. Therefore, based on the value of human assets, this paper designs the system of equity incentive. From the positive and negative perspectives, it shows that the equity incentive must be based on the value of human assets to achieve the purpose of equity incentive, maximize the value of human assets and increase the value of the company.
