本文论述我国继承制度存在的若干问题,并借鉴国外的司法实践与经验,结合我国的实际情况,提出完善我国继承制度的建议和展望,以期完善我国继承制度,使其与时俱进。
This article discusses some problems existing in the succession system of our country, and draws lessons from the overseas judicial practice and experience, and puts forward the suggestion and prospect of perfecting the succession system of our country with the actual situation in our country in order to improve our inheritance system and keep pace with the times.
