盘县地处贵州西部,是贵州百万人口大县、建设中的经济强县和国家扶贫开发重点县。近年来,盘县抓住国家西部大开发和贵州建设经济强县的机遇,坚持以人为本,全面落实科学的发展观,努力实现建强目标,主要指标均创近年来新高。2003年全县生产总值41.97亿元,增长14.7％;地方财政收入2.21亿元,增长20.02％;农民人均纯收入1566元,增长5.03％。今年,盘县被省委、省政府批准,进入第二轮经济强县建设,如何“建强创优”,大力发展县域经济极为重要。
Panxian County is located in the western part of Guizhou Province, Guizhou is a million large population counties, under construction in the economic strong county and national poverty alleviation and development of key counties. In recent years, Panxian seized the opportunities brought by the grand western development and the economic construction of counties in Guizhou, adhering to the people-centered principle, fully implementing the scientific concept of development, and striving to achieve its goal of building strong areas. The major indicators have all reached new highs in recent years. In 2003 the county’s GDP 4.177 billion yuan, an increase of 14.7%; local financial revenue 221 million yuan, an increase of 20.02%; per capita net income of farmers 1566 yuan, an increase of 5.03%. This year, Panxian was approved by the provincial party committee and government to enter the second round of economic construction of strong counties. How to “build strong and create excellence” and vigorously develop the county economy is extremely important.
