分别用沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法合成了二烷基二硫代磷酸(DDP)、硬脂酸修饰的MoS2、TiO2纳米粒子,并用作油品添加剂.通过表面修饰的方法不但解决了油溶性问题,而且由于修饰层控制了粒子的长大和团聚.在四球机上研究其摩擦学性质.试验结果表明,有机基团修饰的纳米粒子具有优良的抗磨、减摩能力,并根据摩擦表面光电子能谱分析提出润滑机理假设.
Dialkyldithiophosphoric acid (DDP), stearic acid modified MoS2 and TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by precipitation and sol-gel methods, respectively, and were used as oil additives. The surface modification method not only solves the problem of oil solubility, but also controls the growth and agglomeration of the particles due to the modification layer. Study the tribological properties on a four-ball machine. The experimental results show that the nanoparticles modified by organic groups have good anti-wear and anti-friction abilities, and the hypothesis of lubrication mechanism is put forward based on the analysis of frictional surface photoelectron spectroscopy.
