针对末端电磁搅拌器在高碳钢C70DA小方坯连铸生产中存在的铸坯中心缺陷问题,分别采用射钉试验和CT3型特斯拉计对电磁搅拌位置处液芯厚度以及搅拌器内磁感应强度进行了调查分析。结果表明:C70DA钢小方坯实际生产过程中电磁搅拌位置液芯厚度较大和电磁搅拌力不足是造成高碳钢小方坯中心偏析和中心疏松严重的主要原因。通过增加二冷比水量至1.73 L/kg,优化末端电磁搅拌参数为频率11 Hz、电流500 A,可以将电磁搅拌位置处液芯由60 mm减少至54 mm,电磁搅拌力也达到最大值,C70DA钢小方坯中心偏析和中心疏松显著减轻,中心质量得到了改善。
Aiming at the defects of the center of the slab in the continuous casting of high carbon steel C70DA billet by the terminal electromagnetic stirrer, the thickness of the wick at the electromagnetic stirring position and the magnetic induction Strength was investigated.
