针对ADC12压铸件的拉伸断口,分析表面氧化膜的形态及其氧元素的含量,对拉伸断口处切割取样,进行了扫描电镜形貌观察和元素含量电子探针显微定量分析,探讨了氧化膜不同的存在特征。结果表明,与孔洞结合的氧化膜中的氧含量相对较高,实验测得单层氧化膜的厚度为1μm。
According to the tensile fracture of ADC12 die casting, the morphology and oxygen content of the oxide film on the surface were analyzed, and the samples were cut at the tensile fracture site. The morphologies of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy and electron microprobe quantitative analysis of elemental content. Different characteristics of the oxide film.
