天麻阿胶联合对染铅鼠脑一氧化氮及学习记忆的影响

目的 观察天麻和阿胶联合对染铅大鼠学习记忆损害的拮抗作用。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠经口染铅并分别单独及联合给予天麻 (4 0 g·kg-1·d-1)和阿胶 (1 0 g·kg-1·d-1)灌胃 ,连续 3个月 ;每月用游泳试验 (水中寻找平台试验 )测试学习记忆 1次 ,最后处死大鼠测定小脑组织一氧化氮含量。结果 在游泳试验中 ,高铅对照组和低铅对照组大鼠 15次中直线到达平台次数 ,与空白组比较差异均非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。天麻单用即可显著增加染铅大鼠直线到达平台的次数 (第 1月P <0 0 5 ,第 2 ,3月P <0 0 1) ;阿胶单用亦可显著增加染铅大鼠在游泳试验中直线到达平台次数 (P <0 0 5 ) ;天麻和阿胶联用更能显著增加染铅大鼠在游泳试验中直线到达平台次数 ,与二者单用相比差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。小脑组织一氧化氮测定 :高铅对照组和低铅对照组大鼠小脑一氧化氮 ,与空白组比较差异均非常显著(P <0 0 1) ;天麻单用即可显著提高染铅大鼠小脑一氧化氮 (P <0 0 5 ,低铅时P <0 0 1) ;阿胶单用也可显著提高染铅大鼠小脑一氧化氮 (P <0 0 5 ) ;天麻和阿胶联用更能显著提高染铅大鼠小脑一氧化氮含量 ,与二者单用相比差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 天麻和阿胶单用即可显著减轻铅对学习记忆的损害作用 ,二者联用效果更 Objective To observe the antagonistic effects of combination of gastrodia and ejiao on learning and memory impairment in lead-exposed rats. Methods Wistar male rats were orally contaminated with lead and given gavage (40 g·kg-1·d-1) and gelatin (10 g·kg-1·d-1) gavage individually or in combination. Gastrodia elata can significantly increase the number of lead-bearing rats reaching the platform (P <0 05 in the first month, P <0 01 in the second and third month); The number of straight-line arrivals in the swimming test (P < 0.05), and the combination of gastrodia and ejiao can significantly increase the number of straight-line arrivals of the lead-bearing rats in the swimming test, and the difference is very significant when compared with the single use (P < 0 0 1). Nitric oxide in cerebellum: Nitric oxide in the cerebellum of the high lead control group and the low lead control group was significantly different from that of the blank group (P < 0 01); Nitric Oxide in the cerebellum (P <0 05, P <0 0 1 in low lead); Ejiao alone can also significantly increase nitric oxide in the cerebellum of lead-exposed rats (P <0 05); Gastrodia elata and Ejiao are also used together. It can significantly increase nitric oxide in the cerebellum of lead-exposed rats, and there is a significant difference compared with the single use of lead (P <0 01). Conclusion Gastrodia and Ejiao alone can significantly reduce the impairment of lead on learning and memory.
