[目的]探讨不同天然提取物对广藿香试管苗壮苗的生物效应。[方法]采用改良的MS、1/2MS、B5、N6等不同的培养基,分别中入香蕉、荸荠、马铃薯和胡萝卜提取物,接种后培养45 d,观察不同处理的生物效应。[结果]组培苗在改良的MS+150 g/L香蕉汁+30 g/L蔗糖培养基上的生根壮苗效果最佳,移栽成活率达98％。[结论]添加香蕉汁提取物,可加速组培苗的生长和根的分化,缩短广藿香成苗生长周期。 [Objective] The purpose was to discuss the biological effects of different natural extracts on the seedlings of test-tube seedlings of Patchouli. [Methods] Modified MS, 1/2MS, B5, N6 and other culture mediums were used to inoculate banana, coriander, potato and carrot extracts respectively. After inoculation for 45 days, the biological effects of different treatments were observed. [Result] The tissue culture seedlings had the best effect of rooting and strengthening seedlings on MS+150 g/L banana juice and 30 g/L sucrose medium, and the survival rate of transplanting reached 98%. [Conclusion] The addition of banana juice extract could accelerate the growth and root differentiation of tissue culture seedlings and shorten the growing cycle of patchouli.
