汽车同步器固定齿座多刀工序精车夹具,过去往往采用内花键孔和端面定位,气动夹紧,设计和使用的精车夹具存在定位和夹紧方案的不合理。提出了两种改进方案并进行了分析比较,使该工件在此道工序加工中一次交验合格率达99%以上。
