近年来，开发利用风能的现代技术正在被有效地应用，许多发展中国家和发达国家用于风能研究的财政预算每年都在增加．孟加拉国在风能方面的研究成果是不尽人意的。本文提供和分析的关于风的数据是从气象站收集的。孟加拉国一些地区的风速宜于水泵的驱动和发电．风力涡轮机用于驱动灌溉水泵是卓有成效的，同时显示出成对安置的风翼转子的工作特性对隔膜式水泵也很适宜。
In recent years, modern technologies for the development and utilization of wind energy are being effectively applied and the budget for wind energy research in many developing and developed countries is increasing every year. Bangladesh’s wind energy research results are not satisfactory. The wind data provided and analyzed in this paper was collected from the weather station. Wind speeds in some parts of Bangladesh are a function of pump drive and power generation. The use of wind turbines for driving irrigation pumps has been fruitful, and at the same time shows that the operating characteristics of twin-rotor airfoils are good for diaphragm pumps.
