目的 研究高压氧 (HBO)对急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠心肌超微结构的保护作用。方法 将大鼠随机分为急性一氧化碳中毒 (ACMP)第 1天、5天、10天、15天组和 HBO第 1天、5天、10天、15天组以及正常对照组。建立急性一氧化碳中毒大鼠模型。应用电镜观察各组心肌超微结构改变。结果 ACMP第 1天组可见弥漫性心肌细胞内线粒体肿胀 ,嵴减少甚至消失而变空等现象 ;第 5天组可见部分心肌细胞出现局灶性肌溶灶 ;第 10天组可见多数心肌细胞线粒体损伤减轻 ;第 15天组间质水肿仍可见。HBO组病理改变在第 1天、5天、10天组均明显轻于同期的 ACMP组 ,第 15天组的超微结构已恢复正常。结论 HBO可以显著减轻 ACMP大鼠心肌超微结构的损伤程度 ,对心脏有明显的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on myocardial ultrastructure in rats with acute carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods The rats were randomly divided into acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACMP) day 1, day 5, day 10, day 15 and day 1, day 5, day 10 and day 15 of HBO and normal control group. Acute carbon monoxide poisoning rat model was established. The ultrastructural changes of myocardium were observed by electron microscope. Results On the first day of ACMP, the mitochondria in diffuse cardiomyocytes were swollen, the crests diminished or even disappeared and disappeared. On the fifth day, some myofibroblasts appeared focal muscular dystrophy. On the tenth day, most of the mitochondria Injury reduced; the first 15 days group interstitial edema is still visible. The pathological changes of HBO group were significantly lighter than those of the ACMP group on day 1, day 5 and day 10, and the ultrastructure of the HBO group returned to normal on the 15th day. Conclusion HBO can significantly reduce the degree of myocardial ultrastructure damage in ACMP rats and has a significant protective effect on the heart.
