钻后扩孔技术是安全钻进盐膏层的重要的技术手段之一,在井身结构设计、复杂地层处理、提高套管环空间隙等方面具有广泛的使用价值。介绍了钻后扩孔工具具有的特点,针对于塔河油田石炭系盐膏层地层特点并结合钻后扩孔技术及盐层钻井液技术在TK1120井的具体应用情况,并就盐层的瞬态蠕变和稳态蠕变提出了切实可行的解决办法,分析了钻后扩孔工具在盐膏层扩孔钻进中的技术特点及应用效果。
Reaming after drilling technology is one of the important technical means for safely drilling into the salt paste layer. It has extensive use value in the well structure design, complex formation treatment and the improvement of casing annulus clearance. In this paper, the characteristics of drilling reaming tools are introduced. According to the characteristics of strata of Carboniferous salt paste layer in Tahe Oilfield and the application of drilling reaming technology and salt drilling fluid technology in TK1120 well, State creep and steady creep proposed practical solutions to analyze the reaming tools drilling salt reaming drilling in the technical characteristics and application results.
