①目的探讨中央杏仁核内神经降压素(NT)对大鼠胃应激性溃疡的影响。②方法双侧中央杏仁核内注射微量NT和抗NT血清,观察中央杏仁核外源性、内源性NT对胃应激性溃疡的影响。肌肉注射消炎痛,探讨中央杏仁核内NT对胃应激性溃疡细胞保护作用的机制。③结果双侧中央杏仁核内注射微量NT,胃应激性溃疡显著减轻(t=3.193~9.135,P均<0.01),且呈明显的量效依赖关系;双侧中央杏仁核注射抗NT血清后,胃应激性溃疡程度明显加重(t=2.249~2.449,P均<0.05);肌肉注射消炎痛能拮抗NT对胃应激性溃疡的细胞保护作用(t=5.180~11.137,P均<0.01);在中央杏仁核附近,如苍白球和尾壳核内注射NT,胃应激性溃疡无明显变化。④结论中央杏仁核内NT对胃应激性溃疡有细胞保护作用,其作用可能是通过前列腺素中介实现的
Objective To investigate the effect of neurotensin (NT) in central amygdala on gastric ulcer in rats. Methods The bilateral central amygdala were injected with NT and anti-NT serum to observe the effect of extrinsic and endogenous NT of central amygdala on gastric ulcer. Intramuscular injection of indomethacin, to explore the central amygdaloid NT gastric ulcer cells in the protective effect of the mechanism. ③ Results Microinjection of NT into bilateral central amygdala induced a significant reduction of gastric stress ulcer (t = 3.193 ~ 9.135, P <0.01), and showed a dose-dependent relationship. Bilateral central After the injection of anti-NT serum into the amygdala, the degree of gastric stress ulcer was significantly increased (t = 2.249-2.449, P <0.05); intramuscular injection of indomethacin could antagonize the effect of NT on gastric ulcer cells (T = 5.180 ~ 11.137, P <0.01). In the vicinity of the central amygdala, such as globus pallidus and caudate putamen, there was no significant change in gastric stress ulcer. ④ Conclusion NT in the central amygdaloid cells have gastric ulcer cell protection, its role may be achieved through prostaglandin intermediates
