婴幼儿哮喘性支气管炎是泛指一组有喘息表现的婴幼儿急性支气管感染,多见于3岁以下的婴幼儿,是儿童时期常见的呼吸系统疾病。笔者近年来运用远红外线中药穴位贴敷治疗本病,现报道如下。1临床资料200例婴幼儿哮喘性支气管炎而无其他并发症的患儿均来自我科门诊和住院病例,按数字随机法以就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。西医诊断符合《诸福堂实用儿科学》[1]关于婴幼儿哮喘 Infantile asthmatic bronchitis is a group of patients with wheezing and acute bronchial infection, more common in infants under 3 years old, is a common childhood respiratory disease.
