1.气门头厚度对气门座磨损的影响气门头厚度h(见图1)是保证气门头刚度、耐磨度和减少变形、烧蚀的重要参数。磨气门时若磨量不一致,会引起气门和气门座过早磨损及变形、烧蚀。若气门头厚度不够,受工作压力冲击后,会产生弹性变形,负荷减少后,气门头又将恢复原状。所以,气门在工作中不断发生弹性变形,每一工作循环重复一次,磨损率较非弹性变形大得多。
