工会理论教育和工会工作培训应理论联系实际,为工作实践服务。同时,培训教学本身也应不断改进,增强生动性、交流性及应用操作性。实行案例教学,动态培训,就是基于这样的思考。这次本刊选编部分有关工会保障工作方面的案例,即作为一种尝试。
The training of trade union theory education and trade union work should be theoretically linked to practice and serve the work practice. At the same time, training and teaching itself should be continuously improved to enhance the vividness, communication and application operability. The implementation of case teaching, dynamic training, is based on such thinking. The selection of some articles of this magazine on the protection of trade unions cases, that is as an attempt.
