对高炉喷煤富氧的一些关键问题作了理论与实际的探索,作出各种因素节能的量值计算分析。提出了双高纯制氧机降低纯度操作的观念及其节能值比较,并规划了“合中有分、一网两系”的供氧系统基本模式,可供各厂因地制宜参考。图17表16参30。本部分(下)继续论述关于炼铁供氧的问题,有变压吸附制氧装置、PSA+ASU制氧装置、用99.6%纯氧给高炉喷煤供氧的可行性、喷煤富氧富到多少为合适、富氧氧气从高炉鼓风机入口供入还是机后压入好,喷煤用制氧机的位置设置,以及制氧机供氧管系的基本模式,最后提出了四点结论。
Made some theoretical and practical explorations on some key issues of blast furnace pulverized coal enrichment and oxygen enrichment, and made various calculation and analysis of energy conservation for various factors.
