为研究“U”型钢支架搭接处力学性能,通过室内实验和ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元软件模拟研究29“U”型钢支架搭接处卡缆在不同预紧情况下,支架的初始工作阻力及其轴向承载能力变化规律及特征;同时研究搭接处的受力、变形和缩动特性.研究结果表明:当螺母的预紧扭力增大时,支架的初始工作阻力、相对平稳期轴向承载能力和解除预紧的扭力都增大;“U”型钢支架搭接处轴向承载力不稳定,发生间歇性骤降,卡缆螺杆发生突然错动,支架的收缩性能不稳定;卡缆螺杆发生严重偏斜,造成螺杆超过抗拉强度发生断裂,导致搭接处卡缆失去作用,影响整个支架的完整性、稳定性和承载能力,影响煤矿安全生产.这对改善“U”型钢支架搭接处的搭接形式和接触方式具有一定的指导意义.
