与传统的DCS系统相比,现场总线技术虽有各种应用优势,但受制于智能仪表价格及传统观念,其在聚酯装置中一直鲜有应用。结合聚酯装置实际,在DCS系统中局部应用现场总线技术代替主装置与各成套设备及电机之间的信号电缆,既不增加投资又大量减少仪表电缆用量及施工。本文结合工程实际,介绍Profibus-DP现场总线技术在聚酯装置应用中的设计及调试问题。
Compared with the traditional DCS system, although fieldbus technology has various application advantages, but subject to the price of smart meters and the traditional concept, which has been rarely used in polyester installations. Combined with the actual polyester device, the local application of fieldbus technology in the DCS system instead of the signal cable between the main unit and each complete set of equipment and the motor can increase investment and greatly reduce the amount of instrument cable and construction. In this paper, the engineering practice, the introduction of Profibus-DP fieldbus technology in the application of polyester device design and debugging problems.
