矿渣含量对高性能混凝土力学性能影响

高性能混凝土可以通过调整配比、添加矿渣外掺剂等方法提高性能.为研究矿渣含量对高性能混凝土力学性能的影响,本文通过制备矿渣含量为20%、25%、30%、35%、40%的矿渣混凝土和普通混凝土,分别在养护龄期为7、28、60、90天时进行立方体抗压强度试验,分析矿渣含量对高性能混凝土力学性能的影响.结果表明:在混凝土水化早期,随着矿渣含量越高,混凝土强度越小,同时矿渣有延迟混凝土水化强度提升的作用,使得矿渣混凝土强度增长速率随养护龄期的增长而逐渐减小.0.38水灰比下,矿渣含量为30%时,养护28天混凝土强度最大.
