莱钢棒材厂型钢车间加热炉水梁多次出现漏水事故,安排抢修进行整体更换。设计符合现场工况的吊装工具,将水梁整体拆除更换。与原来维修方法相比,减少对接焊口45个,缩短工期5 d,降低维修费用4万元,提高了维修质量。
Laiwu Steel Co., Ltd. steel shop beam furnace repeatedly leaks, arrange the repair for the overall replacement.
