杜仲为我国特产的著名药材,栽培历史已近千年,主要以种子繁殖;但不经选择和处理的种子发芽率很低,同时幼苗生长缓慢。为了提高种子的发芽率和促进幼苗速生,我们对采种母树进行了挑选,严格精选种子,同时用不同浓度的萘乙酸溶液作种子处理试验,现将结果简述如下。 Eucommia is a famous Chinese medicinal herbs, cultivation history for nearly a thousand years, the main breeding seed; but without selection and treatment of the seed germination rate is very low, while seedlings grow slowly.
