Objective: To investigate the value of three-stage enhanced computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of residual carcinoma after primary liver cancer intervention. Methods: Thirty-one patients with primary hepatic carcinoma undergoing interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2015 were selected. Thirty-one patients underwent postoperative CT plain scan and three-phase enhanced CT scan to determine the residual cancer. Results: The detection rate of lesions detected by enhanced CT in three stages was significantly higher than that of lesions detected by CT (P <0.05). Three phase enhanced CT scan of the lesion site and the detection of blood supply was significantly better than the CT scan (P <0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and specificity of three-phase enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer after operation were significantly higher than those of CT scan (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Three-stage enhanced CT can detect the postoperative residual carcinoma of primary liver cancer with high diagnostic value and provide a strong basis for further treatment. It has a very important role in the prognosis of patients and can be used as an intervention for liver cancer The preferred method of diagnosis of postoperative residual cancer.
