1964年12月,龙海县250名青年满怀报国激情参加中国人民解放军铁道兵第十三师六十三团部队。1965年4月27日,中越两国政府签订了《中华人民共和国政府铁路代表团和越南民主共和国政府交通运输代表团关于修建铁路和提供运输设备器材的议定书》,这批热血青年即投身于一场支援越南人民抗美救国的战争。
In December 1964, 250 young people in Longhai County were filled with enthusiasm to serve in the sixty-three regiment of the thirteenth division of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Railway Corps. On April 27, 1965, the Chinese and Vietnamese governments signed the “Protocol to the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Railways and the Delegation of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on Transport Equipment and Materials for the Construction of Railways and Transport Equipment.” These enthusiastic young people are engaged in a Field Support Vietnam People’s War Against America and for National Salvation.
