目的探讨使用双黄连冻干治疗小儿病毒性呼吸道感染的可行性。方法两组均给予抗感染治疗,治疗组给予注射用双黄连冻干治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗。结果治疗后双黄连组各项临床观察指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用双黄连冻干是治疗小儿病毒性呼吸道感染的有效药物.
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using Shuanghuanglian freeze-dried in treating children with viral respiratory tract infection. Methods Both groups were given anti-infective therapy. The treatment group was treated with injection of Shuanghuanglian lyophilized treatment and the control group with ribavirin treatment. Results Shuanghuanglian group after treatment of clinical observation indicators better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Injection Shuanghuanglian freeze-dried is an effective drug for the treatment of viral infection in children.
