甲氰咪胍(Cimetidine,Cim)是有效的组胺第二受体(H_2受体)阻断剂。本文证明:Cim对小鼠抗SRBC的细胞免疫反应——迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响呈抗原剂量依赖性,即对适宜剂量抗原致敏的DTH为增强效应,而对超适剂量抗原致敏及免疫耐受时的DTH为抑制效应。同时证明,致敏当天用Cim可抑制超适剂量抗原致敏的抗体反应,而对适宜剂量抗原致敏的抗体反应无影响,致敏前2天用药,对免疫耐受的抗体反应亦无影响。结果提示H_2受体在免疫调节中可能起“自身限制”作用。
Cimetidine (Cimetidine, Cim) is a potent histamine second receptor (H 2 receptor) blocker. This article demonstrates that Cim has an antigen-dose-dependent effect on the cellular immune response to delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) in mice against SRBC, that is, an enhancement effect on DTH sensitized to the appropriate dose of antigen, DTH for sensitization and immune tolerance is a suppressive effect. Simultaneously, it was also demonstrated that Cim at the sensitized day inhibited the antibody response to the sensitization of the ultra-suitable dose of antigen and had no effect on the antibody response sensitized with the appropriate dose of antigen, and also had no effect on the immune-tolerant antibody response two days before sensitization . The results suggest that H 2 receptors may play “self-limiting” role in immune regulation.
