作者报告2例在阿拉伯半岛受夏天酷热曝晒中暑后约2周出现了严重的末梢神经病。例1:女性22岁,入院时呈深昏迷,中枢体温43℃。血压低(收缩压80mmHg),行全身降温治疗1小时,病人神态渐有改善,第3天神志完全清楚。第7天病人主诉两手震颤,第8天出现小脑共济失调征(意向震颤、张力减退、构音障碍和眼球震颤)。肌力正常,腱反射亢进。一周后病人主诉腿无力,双足刺痛。腿无力进展迅速而出现双下肢瘫痪,但括约肌功能保留。病人两臂轻度乏力,多数近端肌
The authors report two cases of severe peripheral neuropathy at about 2 weeks after summer heat exposure to summer heat in the Arabian Peninsula. Example 1: Female 22 years old, admitted to a deep coma, central temperature 43 ℃.
