1978年11～12月,我站协同某公社卫生院,对该公社311名钩虫卵粪检阳性者,采用驱虫净合并小剂量灭虫宁进行治疗。分别以一天、二天、三天疗法驱除钩虫。实践证明连续服药二天的驱钩效果较过去采用的一天疗法有显著提高。一、方法1.治疗前认真进行健康检查,除具有夹杂症者外,均作为治疗对象。驱虫前用冯氏计数法计数每克粪钩虫卵数。2.服药者311人,分三组进行。其中,一天疗法组93人,平均每克粪钩虫卵数为782.8只;二天疗法组148人,平均每克粪钩虫卵数为820.7只;三
