目的:采用梯度洗脱法测定不同不同商品地茵陈中金丝桃苷、绿原酸和齐墩果酸的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长235 nm进行梯度洗脱。结果:不同商品地茵陈中3种成分的含量差异明显,金丝桃苷含量2.93~15.58 mg.g-1,绿原酸5.858~47.73 mg.g-1和齐墩果酸1.89~4.98 mg.g-1。结论:方法快速可靠,丰富茵陈质量标定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of hyperoside, chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid in Rhizoma et Radix different different commercial products by gradient elution method. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 235 nm for gradient elution. Results: The contents of three components in different commercial products were significantly different. Hyperoside 2.93-15.58 mg.g-1, chlorogenic acid 5.858-47.73 mg.g- 1 and oleanolic acid 1.89-4.98 mg .g-1. Conclusion: The method is fast and reliable, and enriches the quality control method of capillaris.
