提出了大规模无分流换热网络最优综合问题(流股数超过50股)的严格的混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)超结构模型.该模型建立在新的超结构基础上,可包含更多可行的换热网络结构,并成功地解决了“组合爆炸”问题.同时针对该模型提出了改进的遗传算法.文中给出了大规模换热网络综合的一个工业实例:乙烯装置的换热网络改造
A strict Mixed Integrative Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) superstructure model is proposed for the optimal synthesis problem of large-scale unbudied heat transfer networks (the number of shares is more than 50). Based on the new superstructure, the model can include more feasible heat exchange network structures and successfully solve the “combined explosion” problem. At the same time, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed for the model. An industrial example of large-scale heat exchange network synthesis is given in this paper: Retrofitting of heat exchange network of ethylene plant
