我厂生产大量的鋁青銅挤制棒,如牌号10—3—1.5、9—2、9—4和10—4—4,曾一度出現严重的废品。棒材质量不合格的現象是折断检查时,断口呈現出明显的分层和聚集密布的針眼。这种鋁青銅挤制棒原生产工艺是按如下方式进行的。原料采用紫銅(M_1)、金属錳(Mp_2)、金属鋁(A_2)和鋁铁中間合金(含50%Fe)。熔炼是在低周波感应电炉內进行。加料順序是首先加鋁铁中間合金和金属錳,然后加紫銅,熔化后,再加入鋁。当熔炼溫度达到1120—1140℃,攪拌后,即进行炉前鉄模
