海南岛旅游资源丰富,是中国典型的热带滨海度假胜地。自国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略以来,海南经济发展迎来了明媚的春天,同时也面临着良好的发展机遇和竞争激烈的挑战。如何规划海南翻译服务业人才培养策略已成为业界关注的话题。在未来15-20年时间海南将同心协力、齐头并进建设成为世界“绿色之岛”之旅游胜地。基于国际旅游岛建设新背景,通过对海南翻译服务业人才培养状况进行分析,探究翻译服务业人才培养的相关对策。
Hainan Island is rich in tourism resources and is a typical tropical coastal resort in China. Since the construction of the international tourist island has risen to the national strategy, Hainan has ushered in a bright spring economic development. At the same time, it also faces good opportunities for development and highly competitive challenges. How to plan Hainan’s translation service personnel training strategy has become a topic of concern to the industry. In the next 15 to 20 years, Hainan will make concerted efforts to go hand in hand to build a world-class “green island” tourist destination. Based on the new background of international tourism island construction, through the analysis of the personnel training status of Hainan translation service industry, this paper explores the relevant countermeasures of personnel training in translation service industry.
