The same goes for management: There are many similarities between losers and victors, but the key differences are few and far between, and you often need to look closely. An excellent example is HCL Technologies, India’s fifth-largest IT service provider with nearly $ 1 billion in annual revenue and 36,000 employees. On the surface, HCL’s architecture and processes are no different from any other IT company. However, through the efforts of its president, Vinay Nayar, HCL is implementing it
