一,概述 (一)任务的提出: 随着科学技术的飞速发展,地震科研与国际资料交换等工作需要,对地震观测质量提出了愈来愈高的要求。而目前对地震观测质量普遍感到急待介决的问题之一是时间服务质量的提高。根据前阶段绝大多数地震台站时间情况来看,一般误差均大于甚至远超过±0.1秒。估且不谈由于错误收对UT_1时间系统所可能导致误差(注:我国上海与陕西蒲城发播的BPV_(2.3)与BPM授时讯号均发播UT_1与UT_c两种不同时间系统讯号,且程序不同,极易引起错误收对。UT_1与UT_c时间且非常差,按国际规定最大允许±0.9称。参表一、
