以上海长风八号西地块公租房工程实例为背景,对其基坑开挖后周围土体的变形情况及对邻近地铁13号线的影响进行了数值模拟,并根据数值模拟分析结果进行了初步分析。结果表明:软土地区浅基坑开挖时,坑底在隆起变形时会使隧道受到偏压影响,采用水泥土搅拌桩加固基坑底部土体,可以有效控制基坑隆起和隧道受偏压影响。
Taking the case of public rental housing project in Shanghai Changfeng No.8 West Block as the background, the deformation of the surrounding soil after excavation of the foundation pit and its influence on the adjacent Metro Line 13 are numerically simulated and the results of numerical simulation are analyzed A preliminary analysis. The results show that when excavation of shallow foundation pit in soft soil area, the tunnel will be affected by the bias when the bottom of the pit is raised and deformed. Using cement-soil mixing piles to reinforce the soil at the bottom of the foundation pit can effectively control the excavation of the foundation pit and the bias of the tunnel influences.
