本文基于新《劳动合同法》颁行之后的劳动人事呈现并轨模式、高等院校运营系统开始并入该法适用范畴的阶段背景下的人力资源管理机制的全新态势,侧重罗列剖析在这一背景下的人力资源管理体系出现的阶段瓶颈与集中问题,并针对性地提出了参考借鉴的解决方法,从而在协调良性地处理应对新劳动法框架内的高等院校劳动合同关系的基本前提下,稳定长效地推进高等院校人力资源管理体系的综合发展。
