When a mine disaster occurs, it is difficult to ensure the communication between the ground and the underground by the commonly used communication methods. Under this limit condition, a device is designed to accomplish uphole and downhole communication by automatically tapping an existing (or dedicated) preset rigid pipe through which the acoustic pulse signal generated by the rigid pipe hitting Pipeline transmission to complete the transfer of information. The digital impulse signal is digitally coded “0 ”, “1”, and two kinds of sending mode and receiving mode are designed. The experimental platform is built for the sound pulse signal generated by the tapping of high sensitivity pickup The experimental results show that the method can achieve the information transmission under the limit condition well and provide a new method for the rescue and communication guarantee of mine disaster, which has some practical value.
