战略人力资源规划是企业人力资源管理的基础性工作,是人力资源管理的起点和预期所达到的目标。科学的人力资源规划是企业战略有效实施的保证,为人力资源管理活动提供了导引和依据。如何运用科学的方法制定规划、预测航空修理系统未来发展的人力资源需求和供给,保证装备修理能力的快速形成和战略目标的尽早实现,是一项非常重要和有意义的工作。这里以大连长丰实业总公司为例,通过理论学习与实践运用,全面探索航空修理企业在基于战略人力资源规划下的人员规模控制与预测方法研究,为企业决策层提供改革发展依据的同时,也希望能为航空修理系统的其他企业对人力资源调控策略实施提供有价值的参考和借鉴。
Strategic human resource planning is the basic work of human resources management, human resources management is the starting point and expected to achieve the goal. Scientific human resource planning is the guarantee of the effective implementation of corporate strategy, which provides guidance and basis for human resource management activities. It is a very important and meaningful task for us to formulate a plan by using scientific methods, forecast the human resource needs and supply for the future development of aviation repair system, ensure the rapid formation of equipment repair capability and realize the strategic goal as soon as possible. Here, taking Dalian Changfeng Industrial Corporation as an example, through theoretical study and practical application, it explores the research on the method of personnel size control and forecast under the strategic human resource planning in an all-round way, and provides the basis for the reform and development of the enterprise decision-making level. Hoping to provide valuable reference and reference for the implementation of human resources regulation and control strategy for other enterprises in the aviation repair system.
