上课,是指老师在同一时间内对全班(或小组)幼儿进行有目的、有计划教育的一种手段。如何充分运用这一教育手段,培养幼儿的创造才能是我经常思考和探索的课题。我想就此谈谈自己的想法和做法。弊病的根源在哪儿长期以来,幼儿园里存在着重上课、轻游戏的偏向,而上课时又比较普遍地存在着“小学化”、“满堂灌”、“注入式”的弊病。这些弊病是否产生于上课这一教育手段呢?在幼儿园里是否取消上课呢?对此,人们持有不同的看法。我认为,弊病的根源不在于上课本身,而在于教师以怎样的教育思想去运用这一教育手段。不同的教育思想运用相同的教育手段,其结果会大不一样。因此,克服以往课上的种种弊病,关键是端正我
