目的 探讨定量CT测量中老年女性L1~L4椎体骨密度差异及其临床价值。方法 随机选取年龄 3 5~ 98岁健康女性 72 5例 ,按 5岁 1个年龄段分组 ,应用定量CT进行腰椎骨密度测量 ,采用方差分析和SPSS10 .0软件进行统计学处理 ,比较L1~L4椎体骨密度随年龄增长的变化及其差异。结果 L1~L4椎体骨密度随年龄增长而逐渐降低 ,5 0~ 5 4岁年龄段骨量下降明显加速 (Ρ <0 .0 1) ;其中L1椎体骨密度从 45~ 64岁各年龄段都有显著的降低 (Ρ <0 .0 5 )。结论 中老年女性L1~L4椎体骨密度随年龄增长而降低且其变化存在差异 ,以L1在年龄增长过程中骨密度降低变化为著 ,其在定量CT骨密度测量和骨质疏松诊断中有着重要作用
Objective To investigate the difference of bone mineral density (BMD) between L1 ~ L4 vertebrae in middle-aged and elderly women by quantitative CT and its clinical value. Methods A total of 725 healthy women aged 35 to 98 years old were randomly selected and divided into 5 age groups according to their ages. The lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by quantitative computed tomography (CT) .Analysis by variance analysis and SPSS10.0 software were used to compare L1 ~ L4 Vertebral bone mineral density changes with age and its difference. Results The BMD of L1 ~ L4 vertebra decreased gradually with the increase of age, and the bone mass decreased obviously from 0 to 54 years old (P <0.01). The BMD of L1 vertebral body varied from 45 to 64 years of age There was a significant reduction in the segments (P <0.05). Conclusions The BMD of L1 ~ L4 vertebrae of middle-aged and elderly women decreases with age, and there are differences in the changes of BMD between L1 and L4.
