基于ProCAST软件模拟了悬索桥主索鞍裸件的凝固过程,找到主索鞍热节所在位置,完成了冒口设计;结合主索鞍的结构特点,设计出初始浇注系统,对主索鞍浇注充型过程进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果,改进了初始设计方案,获得了合理的浇注系统和铸造工艺优化方案。该优化方案对实现主索鞍的高质量铸造成型具有重要的技术价值。
Based on ProCAST software, the solidification process of the main saddle of the suspension bridge was simulated and the position of the main section saddle was found. The riser design was completed. Based on the simulation results, the initial design scheme is improved and a reasonable optimization of casting system and casting process is obtained.
