通过单因素试验、正交试验和极差分析确定了纤维素酶提取桑椹籽黄酮的最佳操作参数。结果表明:各因素对桑椹籽中黄酮提取率的影响程度由大到小依次为纤维素酶的添加量、酶解温度、酶液pH值、酶解时间、料液比。试验确定的酶法提取桑椹籽中黄酮的最佳工艺参数为酶的添加量为0.02%,料液比为1∶50,酶解时间为2.0h、酶解温度50℃、酶液pH值6.0。
Through the single factor test, the orthogonal test and the range analysis, the optimal operating parameters of extracting flavonoids from mulberry seed with cellulase were determined. The results showed that the influence of various factors on the extraction rate of flavonoids from mulberry seed was descending order of cellulase dosage, enzymolysis temperature, pH value of enzyme solution, enzymolysis time and the ratio of solid to liquid. The optimal technological parameters of extraction of flavonoids from mulberry seed by enzymatic method were 0.02% of enzyme, 1:50 of material to liquid ratio, 2.0h of enzymolysis time, 50 ℃ of enzymolysis temperature, 6.0 .
