我们最近遇到1例患者服脂肪餐诱发肝昏迷死亡,这种情况少见,特此报道,以引为教训。患者女性,15岁,因吃鸡肉后出现腹泻,呕吐、黄疸,疑病毒性肝炎于5月22日住院,体检见皮肤、巩膜轻度黄染,肝可扪及,余无特殊。否认肝、胆病史。实验室检查:黄疸指数24单位,谷丙转氨酶60~170单位,其他肝功能及血象正常。入院后,经护肝治疗,病情已有好转。在住院期间(7月中旬)进食肉类后,再次出现右上腹隐痛,胆囊区轻压痛,胆囊触痛征(±),疑胆道感染,加用氯霉素后腹痛
