本文对EGFR的结构、生物学特点及与喉癌的关系进行了介绍。认为喉鳞癌中EGFR表达增高,且与肿瘤的分化程度相关,可作为喉癌预后的指标,并综述了EGFR系统在肿瘤导向治疗中的价值。
This article describes the structure of EGFR, biological characteristics and the relationship with laryngeal cancer. It is considered that the expression of EGFR in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is increased, and it is correlated with the degree of differentiation of the tumor. It can be used as an index of the prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma. The value of EGFR system in tumor-oriented therapy is also reviewed.
