目的 :观察灵芝发酵液的抑瘤作用及其机制。方法 :MTT法测定灵芝发酵液的细胞毒作用。小鼠荷瘤制造动物模型 ,观察灵芝发酵液对其生存期、抑瘤率及免疫指标的影响。结果 :灵芝发酵液对肿瘤细胞无直接杀伤作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,能显著延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,(P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,对实体瘤的抑瘤率达 6 4.84%(P<0 .0 1) ,治疗组小鼠的 NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率、血清中 TNF-α和 NO浓度均显著提高。结论 :灵芝发酵液抗瘤作用是通过机体的免疫系统介导的
Objective: To observe the anti-tumor effect of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth and its mechanism. Methods: The cytotoxicity of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth was determined by MTT assay. A mouse model of tumor-bearing animal production was used to observe the effects of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth on its survival period, tumor inhibition rate, and immune index. Results: Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth had no direct killing effect on tumor cells (P<0.05), and it could significantly prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice (P<0.05), (P<0. 0 05). The tumor inhibition rate of solid tumors was 6 4.84% (P<0.01). The NK cell activity, lymphocyte transformation rate, serum TNF-α and NO concentration were significantly increased in the treated group. Conclusion: The anti-tumor effect of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation broth is mediated by the body’s immune system.
